Terms and conditions

These are the terms on which UNICI CLOTHING LTD sells to you. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.

Last updated 1 September 2026. This policy is written by UNICI CLOTHING LTD and applies to everything sold at uniciclothing.shop.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by UNICI CLOTHING LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17378202, with its registered office at 71 Woodland Drive, Leicester, LE3 3EB, United Kingdom. Our nature of business is 47910 retail sale via mail order houses or via internet.

You can reach us at support@uniciclothing.shop or on +44 7518 683 971, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm UK time. We are not registered for UK VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices and no VAT number appears on this site or on your receipt.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through uniciclothing.shop. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

3. Our products

We sell newly made, vintage-inspired fashion accessories. Nothing on this site is genuine vintage, antique, second-hand or a unique collectable, and we do not describe it as such. Product descriptions and batch colour: Accessory materials, hardware tone and colour depth may vary slightly between production runs. Product pages describe the batch currently available, and photographs are generated for that range rather than reused from another store.

Photographs and screen colour reproduction vary between devices. We photograph the batch that is actually in stock, but a small variation between the image and the piece you receive is normal and is not a fault.

4. How a contract is formed

Under the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, the steps to place an order are:

  1. Choose a product, select a size where one is offered, and add it to your basket.
  2. Review the basket, where the item prices, delivery cost and total are itemised.
  3. Go to checkout, give your email address, and accept these terms, the refunds and cancellations policy and the privacy policy.
  4. Enter your delivery and payment details on our payment provider's secure page and confirm payment.

You can correct input errors at any point before confirming payment by editing your basket or going back a step. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order — because a piece has sold out, or because of a pricing error — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

The contract is concluded in English, and we do not file a copy of it for you. Please keep your confirmation emails.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and include no VAT, because we are not VAT registered.
  • Delivery is £4.95 worldwide, and free on orders of £70.00 and over. The charge is shown in the basket before you pay.
  • Prices can change, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
  • If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have realised it was wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment is taken when you confirm at checkout. See payments and security.
  • Import duties and taxes on orders outside the United Kingdom are set and collected by the destination country and are payable by you.

6. Promotions and reductions

Where a product shows a reduced price, the crossed-out figure is the price the same product was last offered at on this site. Reductions apply while stock lasts and no other conditions attach to them unless we say so on the page itself. We do not run countdown timers, artificial scarcity messages or automatically renewing offers.

7. Delivery

We dispatch from the United Kingdom within 2-5 working days and deliver worldwide. Full details, including estimated transit times and destinations we cannot serve, are in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave.

8. Cancellation and returns

If you are a consumer you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We give you 28 days on top of that for unused pieces. The process, the exceptions for hygiene-sealed goods and the refund timescales are set out in our refunds and cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Faulty goods and your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If something is faulty, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover return postage.

10. Acceptable use of this website

You may browse and order for your own use. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, run automated card testing against our checkout, scrape it for bulk republication, or use it in any way that breaks UK law. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or card testing.

11. Intellectual property

The UNICI name, the site design, the product photography and the written product descriptions belong to UNICI CLOTHING LTD. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.

12. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for loss caused by an event outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Because we sell to consumers for private use, we are not liable for business losses.

13. Events outside our control

If a strike, carrier failure, extreme weather or similar event delays your order, we will tell you as soon as we can and the delivery estimate will be extended. If the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a full refund.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

Email support@uniciclothing.shop and we will give you a written outcome within ten working days. If you are not satisfied you may take the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to the courts. UK consumers can also get free advice from Citizens Advice.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts. If you are a consumer outside the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.
