Response times
We are a small team, so there is no live chat overnight. Email is answered within one working day. If your order has already been dispatched and you need to stop it, phone rather than email — parcels leave us within 2-5 working days.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong and our first answer has not fixed it, reply to the same email thread and ask for it to be escalated. We will give you a written outcome within ten working days.
